When days are dark, friends are few.
In this world, it is no longer new.
People come and go,
They might be a blessing or a lesson,
We never knew.
One thing for sure,
the presence of God is all you need,
His love is pure and infinite.
Know that you have only one true friend,
Jesus who is able to listen
Whatever it may be,
He will be with you and there’s no end.
Even friends are few,
As long as they are good and true
Then it is best for you.
There are a lot of mud and pebbles in the river,
And you need pure water,
You should wash it with tears
And what’s remain,
You will know for it is true,
The gold you’re looking for,
You will know for they taught you
To be a better person and never leave you.
